As we look forward to ending our Lenten fast, we invite you to join us as we offer a special blessing over Easter food on April 4th at 9:00am. We invite you to participate by bringing items you will be preparing for your family’s Easter meal to be blessed.
The tradition of blessing food for the Easter meal originated in the Slavic countries. It continues today as a way to acknowledge the ending of our Lenten fast as we enter into the joy of the Easter season.
We hope to see you there and wish you and your family a very blessed Triduum and Easter!
