Please contact Christina Deeb at least 1 month in advance of your event date to best help us help you advertise your event. If you do need to submit a last minute request, we will do our best to fulfill it, but cannot promise that your request will be accommodated.
*We reserve advertising space for Our Lady of Loreto Parish ministries / parishioners only. If you would like to discuss whether or not we can advertise an event being held outside the parish, please contact Christina Deeb at cdeeb@ourladyofloreto.org.
**All events must be pre-approved by your ministry’s staff liaison.
***If you have events that you would like to reserve ad space for ahead of time, please contact Christina at 303.414.2250 or cdeeb@ourladyofloreto.org. You are welcome to reserve ad space ahead of time, but only after the event is scheduled and confirmed.
