Are you a ministry leader or parishioner of Our Lady of Loreto Parish and would like us to help you advertise an event in our bulletin or the weekly Flocknote e-newsletter? We are happy to help!

Please contact Christina Deeb at least 1 month in advance of your event date to best help us help you advertise your event. If you do need to submit a last minute request, we will do our best to fulfill it, but cannot promise that your request will be accommodated.

*We reserve advertising space for Our Lady of Loreto Parish ministries / parishioners only. If you would like to discuss whether or not we can advertise an event being held outside the parish, please contact Christina Deeb at secretary@ourladyofloreto.org.

**All events must be pre-approved by your ministry’s staff liaison.

***If you have events that you would like to reserve ad space for ahead of time, please contact Christina at 303.414.2250. You are welcome to reserve ad space ahead of time, but only after the event is scheduled and confirmed.
