Candidates will travel to the John Paul II Center, Mother Cabrini Shrine, Aurora Resevoir and Guppy Fest.

2. Registration Packets in Youth Section of the Narthex, the entry way, of the Church
3. Cost is $100.00
4. Candidates will attend an overnight retreat with class or OLOL youth ministry
5. Candidates to be involved in parish life fromJune 2012 to Lent 2013 for preparation and follow-up
6. Candidate’s interviews initial interviews to take place in May, final interviews between October and December
7. Candidates, Sponsors and Parents areresponsible for completing the SponsorHandbook from June to November 12, 2012
8. Candidates will be confirmed inJanuary 2013

June 15, 1:00-10:00pm—Guppy Fest Archdiocesan Youth Rally at St. Thomas More
June 18-19, 9:00am-4:00pm— Confirmation Classes on Theology of the Body resume
June 20, 7pm—Drop-off at St. Joseph Ministry Center, beginning of Retreat
June 22, 4pm—Pick-up at Aurora Reservoir, finish of Retreat and Confirmation classes

Picking up Tracks One & Two Registration Packet
1. Starting week of July 25th until September 2nd, Track I Registration packet can be picked up from the youth section in the Narthex

Turning in Registration
1. All documents and Payments SEALED envelope with Youth Ministrywritten on outside of envelope
2. Include copies of Baptism and First Eucharist certificates (NOregistration accepted without)

Track One Information
1. For High School and 8th grade youth. Cost is $75.00, due at registration
2. No form will be taken without copies of Sacrament certificates (notoriginals)
3. Registration is from July 25th-September 2nd, on a first-come, first-serve basis
4. Weekly Sessions begin in October on Wednesday (7:00 to 8:30 p.m.)
5. Candidates interviewed in April 2012 to set up parish involvement
6. Candidates, Sponsors and Parents are responsible for completing theSponsor Handbook on or before May 23rd, the last Catechesis Class
7. Candidates to attend a 5 hour mini retreat. Retreat fee is included in theConfirmation fee.
8. The Confirmation ceremony will be in August of 2012 for Track One

August 2012: Confirmation Ceremony at Our Lady of Loreto
