The typical age to begin preparation for First Holy Communion is second grade or 7 years of age.

We have two Tracks available for First Eucharist both tracks are a total of twelve weeks. Track I begins on September 14th. Track II begins on November 2nd Both Tracks meet on Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm upstairs in Chapel of the Word. *Each child must be accompanied by a parent.

The first six weeks are devoted to teaching about Reconciliation there is a break to allow the second track to begin their six weeks. Both tracks will return after Christmas to complete the six weeks of teaching about the Eucharist. Track I will return in January and Track II will return in March. Both Tracks will be combined for two "mini retreats". The retreats give the children a "hands on" approach to the book. Both Retreats will take place here at the Church on Saturday mornings. Please see class schedules for dates and times.
